§ The argument, in full

An answer is a point.
Intelligence is a process.

The difference is not cosmetic. MIRA reads the brief. It picks the right skills from a library of 215. It orders them into a plan. It reasons through each step. It verifies its own reasoning against a layer we built specifically to catch its mistakes.

Then, and only then, it produces the output. Every deliverable arrives with its reasoning chain attached, so a senior lawyer can trace exactly how the work was done.

That is not an answer. That is intelligence. And that is what has changed this quarter.

§ 01 • The Hiring Model

Think of MIRA the way you hire.

The simplest way to think about MIRA is to think of a human legal assistant you hire and pay by the month. You are paying for their skills, nothing more.

The analogy

When you hire a real person, you pay for their skills, nothing more.

A criminal defence practice does not pay a new associate for intellectual property expertise. An analyst tracking 50 stocks does not need tax skills. What she needs is daily news on those 50 companies, any SEBI circular that touches them, and movements at the sector level.

Maybe 15 skills out of the 215, not all of them.

MIRA today carries all 215. What is coming next, and what we are already architecting for, is the ability to hire MIRA the way you hire people. Skill by skill. Or for a set of skills.
§ 02 • The Process

Six steps. Every time.

Reading the brief is not the work. The work is the process that runs afterward. MIRA runs it end to end, every time.

01

Read the brief.

Ingest the instruction, extract the legal question, map it to the regime, the forum, the timelines, the exposure. Understand what success looks like before doing any work.

Intake parsing • Issue extraction • Forum detection
02

Pick the right skills.

Select the skills needed from the library of 215, informed by matter type, segment, deployment posture, and your firm playbook.

215 skills • 22 groups • Skill selector
03

Order them into a plan.

Assemble the chosen skills into an execution graph with dependencies, checkpoints and approval gates. The plan is visible before execution begins.

Execution graph • Dependencies • Approval gates
04

Reason through each step.

Execute each skill, citing authorities, extracting facts, composing arguments, in the firm voice. Every interim output is captured with its sources.

Step by step reasoning • Source attribution • Firm voice
05

Verify against a meta layer.

The output is interrogated by a separate verification layer built to catch mistakes. Six checks: evidence mapping, counter arguments, argument comparison, cross validation, weakness detection, rebuttal building.

Six checks • Separate layer • Blocks release if contested
06

Produce output with chain.

Deliver the final output with the full reasoning chain attached. A senior lawyer can trace exactly how the work was done. Every claim, every authority, every decision, visible.

Output • Reasoning chain • Full auditability

§ 03 • Meta Reasoning

Six checks that watch everything else.

The verification layer is a separate system. Its only job is to catch the main system's mistakes. If it finds one, release is blocked.

Check 01

Evidence Mapping

Every factual claim is traced back to a specific source paragraph. Claims without a trace are flagged.

Check 02

Counter Arguments

The opposing side is auto drafted and stress tested against the primary argument. If opposing wins, the output is marked contested.

Check 03

Argument Comparison

Competing lines of authority are surfaced side by side. Contradicting precedents are never silently suppressed.

Check 04

Cross Validation

Where multiple candidate authorities bear on an issue, they are reconciled. Internal contradictions block release.

Check 05

Weakness Detection

The output is probed for weak points, missing authorities, logical gaps, unsupported assertions.

Check 06

Rebuttal Building

Once weaknesses are detected, the system proposes rebuttals you can adopt, adapt or reject.

§ 05 • How MIRA is Used

Request skills. Compose agents. Deploy.

Organisations can use existing skills from the 215 library, request new skills, or compose selected skills into agents they define themselves.

Use pattern 01

Use existing skills

Pick from the 215 production skills already in the library. Compose them for your practice, your matter, your team.

Use pattern 02

Request new skills

Ask for a skill we do not yet have. We build, validate and version it into your deployment. Most new skills ship in under eight weeks.

Use pattern 03

Compose your agents

Give chosen skills to agents your organisation defines. You define the mandate, we provision the skill stack behind it.

§ 06 • The Skill Matrix

Two hundred fifteen skills. Twenty two groups.

From legal research to contracts, from tax to meta reasoning. Every skill is described, trained, evaluated, versioned, production grade.

§ 07 • Deploy Where You Want

Five modes. Zero compromise.

From instant SaaS to air gapped silicon on your desk, MIRA meets every security posture and regulatory regime without compromise on functionality.
